Position Customer Service Executive (Full-time)
Working Hours 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule 5 days / week
Work Mode On-site (JoinSEA Malaysia HQ)
Salary Range (MYR) 2000 – 3500
Experience Requirement Minimum 1 year in customer service preferred
Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone; Process refunds, returns, and exchanges promptly; Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism; Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for order-related matters; Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
