Responsibilities | Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone; Process refunds, returns, and exchanges promptly; Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism; Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for order-related matters; Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback. |
